Tra Que Minty Garden is a local Vietnamese family-run business managed by Le Van Hai, known as Danny, who has more than 16 years in the hospitality industry as a Western Sous Chef and as an Executive Chef. Tra Que Minty Garden specializes in organizing farm-to-table cooking classes and farming tours.
The aim of these tours is to provide our guests with many chances to see and experience the authentic, normal life of this locality, from how to plow the land, make seed beds, transplant seedlings, irrigate, to how to make the local foods, prepare a typical meal for a Vietnamese family and enjoy it. Another aim is to show people that Tra Que Vegetable Village is an authentic, timeless place which has much to offer the tourist and should be visited, advertised and popularized.
